EXECUTIVE TEAM BUILDING

Executive teams have the accountability to develop a strategic course for their companies and to lead their people in that direction. Especially difficult, when there is a change in direction, is gaining commitment to that strategy from executives and their people.

Each executive team member comes to the group with a different perspective, formed by his or her assumptions, priorities, and frames of reference.  Consequently, teams often get mired in details and avoid important issues.

To alleviate those problems and create a better understanding of the process, Levinson Institute consultants apply principles that have worked successfully with senior teams they have guided in hundreds of companies.  They involve four fundamental dimensions:
