Tim Havens, M.D., has for more than two decades coached successful leaders to improve and optimize their effectiveness. In addition, he designs and presents leadership programs to managers and executives, consults to business, government, educational and healthcare organizations with particular expertise in managing personal and organizational change. In addition to his role as co-director of this program, Dr. Havens is senior vice president at The Levinson Institute, a psychoanalyst at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, a guest lecturer at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, as well as at other major universities. He has written about effective organizational leadership and lectures extensively on leadership development, managing organizational change, executive coaching, medical leadership, and building effective management teams.
